The Same Shame
Television and movies are not real. All the men are handsome and all the women are beautiful. No one works, yet they all have money. It is like visiting mars. They are not human beings. Hollywood is a distortion of life. People say porno is a distortion but so is all of Hollywood.
On TV it is all about winning money on game shows. The courtroom shows are ridiculous. The ads are mostly for cars or how to make money. Movies have become the same cookie-cutter bullshit.
The assembly line of entertainment should be marked with diversity and uniqueness. What is wrong with Los Angeles is that everyone is a clone with beautiful parents and mentally in the dark. There was once a time in America when you couldn’t identify your car in the parking lot. Now Hollywood has entered that same world.
I started Screw almost 40 years ago and have been ashamed of the repetition of the sexual product of my competitors. Now I wish that same shame onto all of Hollywood – the shame of the lack of singularity. They have duplicated the same actors, plotlines and stories for all of their TV and movies. Welcome to the club.

Corporations have taken over Hollywood.
I saw a documentary that said most movies today have very little dialogue, so that Hollywood can sell the movie overseas.The market for Hollywood movies in foreign markets is huge.
Don't even get me started on the remakes of classic movies and turning popular TV shows into movies.
Another thing, with the Iraq war, Immigration nightmare, the war on terrorism, the presidential election, you would think that Hollywood would be more creative than it has been, your right on that front al.
Look at the movies that came out during the Vietnam war and the 70's.
