The Same Shame

Television and movies are not real. All the men are handsome and all the women are beautiful. No one works, yet they all have money. It is like visiting mars. They are not human beings. Hollywood is a distortion of life. People say porno is a distortion but so is all of Hollywood.

On TV it is all about winning money on game shows. The courtroom shows are ridiculous. The ads are mostly for cars or how to make money. Movies have become the same cookie-cutter bullshit.

The assembly line of entertainment should be marked with diversity and uniqueness. What is wrong with Los Angeles is that everyone is a clone with beautiful parents and mentally in the dark. There was once a time in America when you couldn’t identify your car in the parking lot. Now Hollywood has entered that same world.

I started Screw almost 40 years ago and have been ashamed of the repetition of the sexual product of my competitors. Now I wish that same shame onto all of Hollywood – the shame of the lack of singularity. They have duplicated the same actors, plotlines and stories for all of their TV and movies. Welcome to the club.
